“How the NDIS Part Works”
We're NDIS Registered via Clarity Connect Group. That gives you compliant systems, safeguarding, and proper record keeping—without losing our small, personal touch.
Direct billing – If your plan has funding for the supports we provide, we invoice the plan (self-, plan- or NDIA-managed). You don’t pay first and claim back.
Categories we work with – Core (Daily Living, Community Participation), Capacity Building (e.g. Increased Social & Community Participation, Improved Daily Living), plus relevant meal prep and coordination supports.
Quality & transparency – Weekly progress notes, we work closely with your support coordinator to track your budget and alert you early if funds are running low.
Don't have Support coordination? No worries! We can look at your funding and give you a quote that will ensure we don't go over your allocated budget.
“What That Means For You”
No out‑of‑pocket costs for funded supports – We only ever discuss a personal charge if you choose extras outside your plan or funding is exhausted.
Goal translation – We read your plan with you, break each goal into weekly actions (appointments, routines, skill‑building).
Allied-health & scheduling – We find, shortlist and book OTs, speech therapists, psychologists, exercise physios—then coordinate diaries so nothing slips.
Evidence ready – Progress check‑ins and notes mean review time is smoother with clear outcomes to show.
You stay in control – You approve supports; we handle the admin.
